Welcome to Lynn Valley Counselling, Lynn Valley’s only integrated counselling clinic. Our North Vancouver counselling clinic provides counselling for children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups as well as a range of therapies. We create a safe environment where clients can feel seen and heard without judgment. Working collaboratively with our clients, we empower them to reach personal goals and equip them with the tools they need to reach them.

Meet our compassionate, professional counsellors, all registered and certified to practice in BC. Our counsellors will always meet you where you are. Our clinicians all have areas of specialization, and we can accommodate your needs, whether you seek counselling for an individual, couple or group.
Emma McLellan
Clinical Director, she/her RCC #18803
Born and raised in Lynn Valley, Emma is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She works with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, workplace stress, relationships and grief.
Osha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. They offer adult and teen individual, couples, and family counselling. Osha specializes in trauma, sexuality, LGBTQ2S+, and emotional regulation concerns.
Eric is a registered clinical counsellor with a background in music therapy. As a counsellor he is interested in supporting children, youth, and adults of all ages with all of life’s challenges.
Olivia works with teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of trauma. She provides a uniquely helpful perspective for clients struggling with shame, self-doubt, performance-related issues, and interpersonal struggles.
Jess, a Counselling Psychology Master’s student at Adler University, offers a holistic approach to clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She provides a non-judgmental space for self-exploration and values client collaboration and choice.
Our low-cost counselling initiative is designed to support individuals facing financial challenges. Our team of dedicated Intern Counsellors provides affordable counselling services as part of their clinical training for their Master’s Degrees.
This free workshop includes opportunities to reflect on your relationship with your body in a supportive group setting. Together, we’ll explore how personal experiences connect with broader cultural messages, while creating space for both individual and collective growth. You decide what and how much you’d like to share—we’re thrilled to have you participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you!
Join us for Osha’s Expressive Arts Group! Over the course of 4 monthly sessions, Osha will guide you through a group therapy format while utilising art to explore themes of stuckness, safety, values, meaning-making, and acceptance in our lives.
Join us for Olivia’s Therapy Book Club! Over the course of 6 weeks, Olivia will lead you through a safe group dynamic, exploring topics and themes surrounding Sharon Salzberg’s “Real Life : The Journey from Isolation to Openness and Freedom.”
Join us for a 60-minute free trauma-informed yoga class for members of the community. All abilities welcome! No previous yoga experience is necessary. Groups will occur on the last Saturday of every month.
