At Lynn Valley Counselling, we strive to offer accessible services to our community.
We offer varied rates at the clinic, based on each counsellor’s experience and qualifications.
Student Counsellors are completing the practicum portion of their master’s degrees and are supervised by a registered clinical counsellor.
Graduate Counsellors have completed all requirements for their master’s degrees and are awaiting registration. Upon registration, their rates will increase.
Junior Counsellors have been practicing for 1 year post-graduation.
Experienced Counsellors have been practicing for 1 year + as registered master’s level counsellors.
Senior Counsellors have extensive experience working with clients, as well as specialized training in addition to their master’s level education.

All rates are subject to 5% GST.
Payment must be received upon completion of each session. We accept all major credit cards as well as e-transfer payments. All payment will be processed using the credit card on your file, unless alternate arrangements have been made. Direct billing to insurance providers or third party providers (i.e., ICBC, work programs) is not currently available. If you have external coverage for your sessions, you will need to submit your receipts directly.
We are happy to be teaming up with Pacific Peak Therapy and Work Safe BC to offer specialised care for individuals healing from workplace trauma and/or injury. These sessions are by referral only, through Work Safe BC.

Our team offers counselling for work-related concerns, including return-to-work plans and career exploration, through Work BC. These sessions are by referral only, through Work BC.
