Donna applies her vast knowledge, experience, and expertise from 30+ years in health, fitness, and psychology to support her clients with various concerns, including life transitions, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and depression.

Emma McLellan

Born and raised in Lynn Valley, Emma is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She works with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, workplace stress, relationships and grief.

Eric Hadley

Eric is a registered clinical counsellor with a background in music therapy. As a counsellor he is interested in supporting children, youth, and adults of all ages with all of life’s challenges.

Haley Casselman

Haley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has an interest in supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-worth, self-esteem, and body image issues, disordered eating, relational stress.

Mackenzie Smith

Mackenzie is a registered clinical counsellor. She is passionate about providing support to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and relational issues.

Osha Hagon

Osha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. They offer adult and teen individual, couples, and family counselling. Osha specializes in trauma, sexuality, LGBTQ2S+, and emotional regulation concerns.

Parinaz Falsafi

Parinaz is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor in BC. She meets her clients where they are and uses gentle encouragement to support and guide them. Parinaz assists individuals, couples, and groups in both English and Farsi.
